Chand R.C, a filmmaker from Thimphu, Bhutan, made his debut feature, "Gawa - The Other Side of the Moon," in 2012, portraying the social issue and ill effects of night hunting ^[1], the film was decentralized to all educational institutions in Bhutan. His second film, "Thimphu" was screened at the Pune International Film Festival 2017.
